c8 it's not a carry over this is the first time gm has used this color on any of their vehicles now this is a very polarizing color, you'll notice that a lot of people, whether you're in Facebook groups or chats or whatever, have a lot to say about this color, you either love it or you hate it, there doesn't seem to be much color in between.

It changes dramatically depending on the lighting conditions you notice in that interior shot and looks much more spectral. He saw many more different shades of blue than you see now on the cloudy and rainy day. This shot was taken just to show you what it is. looks and less flattering light and you'll see here how it looks in direct sunlight so this color changes quite quickly it's definitely a color that you'll want to see in person and we continue with the blues that we got into. Elkhart Lake Bluth, this is a carryover color from the c7, now available in the c8, it is a very metallic blue that really catches the light, as you can see here, in direct sunlight you can see the color changing and forming now around the contours of the body. that the vehicles are still on a sunny day but in the shade, you can see how that softens a little bit and you can imagine what it would look like at night.

Here we are somewhere in the middle and you can see how dramatic the color is. changes and what a dramatic color this is. I could see this being the kind of color that keeps you looking back, assuming you like blue because you'll see your car in different lights and different settings and it will look like a completely different color in different settings, so it's definitely a color great for that factor and something to keep in mind. It is very dark and gloomy here. You can see how the color of the silver leaf changes. Now this is by far one of the deepest silvers I have ever seen.

Deep, runs for days, you can see when the light hits the nose, just the change in color you get, which is something you wouldn't normally see with silver. This breaks the silver mold in my books. It's one I almost ordered. I really like how the contrast looks with the black. We actually have a Corvette c3 that was restored and the previous owner painted it silver, so it's a color that has gained notoriety in different circles just because of how deep it is, which again is unusual for silver umber gray. Now this color is mostly gray, but you will notice from some angles that it has what appears to be a green tint.

I have seen this in person on a Sierra. a GMC Sierra truck, you might have to do it and you'll notice that when the light hits it, it's not quite monochrome, it's hard to see in the videos, you can see a little bit of it, it's in the left corner of the car, you know , depending on the light. If you catch it, it will have a sort of blue tint, mostly green, almost like a turquoise, but it's very gray again, not as monochromatic as the Watkins Glen Gray that was available on the C7 a couple of years ago, but still very pretty if you wish.

You like dark gray or bronze or whatever, this is the color for you, very metallic, it has a good play, a nice curve when the light hits it, so it will change depending on the light conditions. There's a lot to say about this color, honestly there isn't much metallic. It doesn't have a lot of pearlescent features on it, it's just a really clean bright white, it's one of those colors where you can be understated and eye-catching at the same time with all the black contrasts you get with the C8. Corvette has a cool look that way, it's interesting, although we ordered a white one because white was the number one selling c7 color, so I figured when I go to upgrade to a 0-6 or something, it would be easy. Resale, however, initial C8 information coming out shows that white is one of the least popular colors for the Corvette C, so figure I'm in luck, it'll be interesting to see how that plays out.

I haven't seen one in person, but I'm eagerly awaiting it. Accelerated Yellow is by far the most controversial color of the Corvette C8 launch. This color was kept secret months and months after launch and the reveal had already happened. It wasn't until late December, so we got to I see one of these cars on this
