Range Rover Sport HSA and in my opinion this is one of the best cars money can buy in terms of road presence. There is nothing better than a

, of course there is. There will be others who will have a different opinion on this, but they are wrong, so there will be Audi fans and BMW fans who will say that the x5 and the q7 are just as big and powerful and have the same road. presence but, honestly, I don't think they will. There's nothing like a variety of

sport

s.

I've been in those cars and I've been in a lot of performance cars and I've tried a few different things and just for road presence. It's nothing I've been in that comes close to a variety of sports, so the running costs for all of this aren't bad. Obviously the tires are big so it will be expensive. This one has 22-inch wheels, which sets it apart. very good and if something goes wrong it costs a few quid of course but the actual day to day running costs in terms of fuel consumption isn't that bad, it's actually a pretty fuel efficient engine I mean It's obviously a big heavy vehicle, but you can get it easily.

Over 35 miles per gallon even when you're towing it which I think is pretty impressive for what you get, that is of course unless you get the mental svr version which I think is a five liter v8 with 500 more braking horsepower, an absolute monster. I considered buying the s for you and a lot of people said, oh you have to get the svr, you know, that's the one I have, but to be honest, I weighed it up, no one really needs a huge

range

with that amount. of power, so in the end I went against it. I mean, I would love the opportunity to drive and svr just to see what they like.

I mean, this one comes with the triple-turbocharged V6 engine that has 300 brake horsepower. and it pumps out 520 lb-ft of torque, so it's quick enough as, to be honest, that's all I need anyway, so I'm not too worried about that and, as we all know, drivers Unfortunately, someone once told me what the difference is between a hedgehog and a Range Rover. Well, I can tell you that the difference is that the hedgehog has its penises on the outside, so I think the only thing an svr would do is amplify that effect. ten times in case you don't know, I'm trying to convince myself that I've done the right thing here, I'm sure I've done it because this is a great car, so for practicality and overall handling of the vehicle, um, for me , the oldest.

The version felt bigger. I remember when I first bought this and opened the trunk. I thought it was quite small compared to the previous one. I don't know if it was just a placebo effect because this one has a more

dynamic

and sleek look, but I definitely felt bigger in the old one, but at the end of the day, as long as you're good at Tetris as a Wii Nipper, I'm sure You will be absolutely fine. I mean at the end of the day it's a Range Rover so it's huge on my old one it had the cooler box option right here this one doesn't have that and to be honest I haven't really missed it you don't really feel the benefit of that unless you are going on long, huge trips. which I rarely do so I don't miss it and it's very useful to have the normal storage anyway if you want to put something in there, a pair of gloves or a hat or whatever, you don't want them to stay fresh. at the end of the day just hit them there your sound so this one didn't come with side steps when I bought it the previous one did so I know what it's like to live with both versions and honestly you use them.

They are very practical and in my opinion they look better too, so the first thing I did when I bought this car was buy some aftermarket side steps and put them on. I bought them through a company called direct 4x4 through that website, you can order them with a silver trim which is what they like when they come out of the factory or you can order them with a piano black trim. I went with the black ones because there are black holes in this car and it blends it together quite well. I am very satisfied with it.

I think it probably looks clever, let me know what you think in the comments about the side steps, so the handling is absolutely incredible, so light it feels much lighter than the previous version. My wife will tell you that she drives this one as much as I basically do. And she never liked driving another one because she thought it felt too heavy like a tank. This one loves to drive because it is very light and agile. It's obviously a very, very large vehicle, but it drives absolutely excellent and whatever. They've done it to change it, they've absolutely nailed it and it really is an easy car to drive, it's lovely and if you like your tunes you won't be disappointed with the sound system on this thing, it's got a Meridian surround sound system and This version It comes with a built-in subwoofer.

I've never had it in a car before unless it was aftermarket, and when you turn the subwoofer up you can feel it vibrate in your feet when the base goes boom boom boom you can feel it. your feet vibrate, it's weird, it's cool, so when you really turn it on it's like you're in your own little private nightclub. One thing to note is the sound of the engine, which is much better than the previous engine I think. The capacity on this one is the same as the last one, it's no different but it feels much faster and when you put your foot down, roll down the windows, it also has a lush note to it that I never noticed in the last one but when I put my foot down first time on this one I thought wow that sounds pretty good so I don't know what they've done to it but it sounds good another thing they've improved with the

2019

version is the rear view camera I thought the rear view camera on the Previous version was really poor because once your car got dirty, you couldn't see out of it, while this one has a small washing machine next to it, so if the car gets dirty and your camera gets dirty by default.

It's absolutely fine because the washing machine just washes it and you can see the whole time. I'm sure it's also equipped with a wider angle lens because you can see much further. than the previous one and when you drive in one of these you obviously sit a lot higher than most cars and when you're sitting in this higher position you can obviously see a lot more and it's nice, obviously I'm driving on the country roads, in this moment you can see for miles over fields and hedgerows that you normally wouldn't be able to see if you were in a normal car.

The same thing happens if you drive over bridges. You can see. right towards the river and I don't know if that really makes a big difference for most people but for me it does, if you are higher up you can see for miles and the views you get are much better when you are higher up, so that's a small plus too, the differences between the pre-facelift version and this version are quite subtle but they're enough to make it look super modern and super smart and I think they've absolutely nailed that first. One is the front of the car, the lights, the front grill and the front bumper, which have been made much more stylish and modern, so the front of the last version was quite rounded and quite smooth looking, while this a lot has just been manufactured.

More dynamic looking, that's only where I can describe it. The second major change is to the rear of the vehicle, so the taillights have been greatly improved. The front lights, you can tell it's a slight difference, but you wouldn't really notice the rear. The lights are tremendously different, the new ones are much darker and much more modern and they just finish off the car much better and you can tell that there is a lot more thought that goes into the design of the exhaust tips at the base of the vehicle, so that's another A telltale sign of the facelifted version, the new tips are somewhat oblong and sit as part of the bumper, while the old ones were simply freestanding oval tubes that stuck out.

The other major change to the exterior of the car is the small side vents that come on the wings, so the old versions had like long sticks coming out of them. This one has a much more angular look and a lot more dynamic, so in terms of the facelifted model, those are the things to look out for: the side vents, the front grille. The taillights and rear exhaust tips are the most important things that stand out and differentiate the old model from the new one, so the interior of the car is absolute luxury and supreme comfort, that's the only way I can describe it.

I imagine driving. your super comfy chair in your living room, that's the kind of comfort we're talking about because honestly, it's a really nice place to sit. This is the first car I've ever owned, including two other Range Rovers that my wife and I have sort of argued about who gets to drive it, it's that good and it's that comfortable and that says it all, right? Sadly, it's an argument she tends to win, believe it or not, it's just married life in general, so for 2019 I've completely updated the interior of the car and they've removed the dual touch screens from the Velar which, to be honest, They are much more modern and the graphics are really impressive, but they are quite complicated to use and the disadvantage of them is the quantity.

Many times you have to take your eyes off the road to do anything. I'm a bit old school so I like buttons and things that are very simple and easy, but unfortunately, this is far from that and like I said. It is much more modern than the previous version and it is like they have finally finished the 21st century, but it is quite difficult to use and yes, it has everything you need and expect from a modern high-end car, there is really nothing that will surprise you . you and there's nothing you wish was there that isn't so a couple of optional extras I want to mention first of all the sunroof.

This one does not have a sunroof. The previous one, I never used it? So I wasn't. It doesn't really bother me, but it's a good selling point. When I sell this, it will probably be a drawback that it doesn't have the sunroof even though I never use it, for some reason people see them as another desirable one that I don't have on this car, that I did have on the previous car, that Really strange and wish I had it, is the heated steering wheel. I know that sounds like a proper first wheel problem, but honestly, it's true.

It doesn't matter now, but with the wind when you're cornering it's like -11 up north, which sometimes happens, you'd just click on that and within seconds your hands were warm and toasty on the wheel. This steering wheel doesn't have it and I know for a fact that when winter comes I will wish I had it, but it doesn't matter, I have looked into installing that retro respectively and there is nowhere that seems to be able to do it. So I'm a little bummed about that but it's a small price to pay for having such a nice car so overall a really beautiful car and like I said before the road presence you get from a Range Rover Sport in my opinion is incomparable, they are an absolutely tremendous kit.

I don't think I have anything else now that I've tried other things and there's nothing for me that compares to a range above the sporty one, so that's the end of it.
